Sr Software Project Manager - Hybrid (Framingham, MA)

This local SaaS startup is looking to bring on their first Project Management hire as a Senior Software Project Manager. They own a family of brands centered around photo and video sharing. This is a full time opportunity with a hybrid requirement of at least one day per week in their Framingham, MA office.


Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 4+ YOE in software project management
• Experience working at SaaS firms
• Experience working directly with QA and DevOps teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various teams simultaneously
• Understanding of and ability to implement Agile Methodologies
• Experience with JIRA

What You Will Be Doing


Daily Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and emphasize internal stakeholders’ priorities to engineering teams
• Lead process improvement before moving onto focusing on each individual product within the family of brands
• Attend cross-functional standups and drive goal orientation
• Help with defining project scope and objectives
