A software technology start-up in Framingham, Massachusetts is looking for a software project manager to join their team. This role is full-time and requires travel to the office at least one time per week. In this role, software project managers will oversee the creation and ongoing development of mobile and web-based applications.

- 3-4+ years of experience working in a project management capacity.
- Experience working with QA and Dev-Ops teams.
- A holistic understanding of the creation, development, and optimization of software products
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience and an appreciation for working in an agile environment.
- Experience working within project management teams.
- Eagerness to innovate and optimize software.
- Develop a project scope that clearly defines the objectives of individual team members and the overall objective of the project.
- Manage roadblocks as they emerge during the development process and describe any problems that team members encounter to stakeholders and management team members.
- Report the project's progress to other members of the management team.
- Investigate different ways to optimize the project and make the project run more efficiently.
- Evaluate and define the success of the project throughout various stages of development and communicate any specific risks to members of management.
