Project Manager - Software - Hybrid - Greater Boston

A software technology start-up in Framingham, Massachusetts is looking for a software project manager to join their team. This role is full-time and requires travel to the office at least one time per week. In this role, software project managers will oversee the creation and ongoing development of mobile and web-based applications.

Specifically, the software technology company is looking for an individual who has a wide range of experience with software development and work in an agile environment. • 3-4+ years of experience working in a project management capacity.
• Experience working with QA and Dev-Ops teams.
• A holistic understanding of the creation, development, and optimization of software products
• Clear and effective communication skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a project scope that clearly defines the objectives of individual team members and the overall objective of the project.
• Manage roadblocks as they emerge during the development process and describe any problems that team members encounter to stakeholders and management team members.
• Report the project's progress to other members of the management team.
• Investigate different ways to optimize the project and make the project run more efficiently.
• Evaluate and define the success of the project throughout various stages of development and communicate any specific risks to members of management.
