Are you a Forecast To Schedule & Supply Chain Lead  looking for a long term contract opportunity? Are you experienced IBP and have a minimum of 2-3 IBP full life cycle deployments under your belt? Are you an experienced leader who has provided that leadership of all FTS and DevSecOps related matters across Supply, Demand and Response? Ever worked in the CPG space? Do you have at least 2 years SAP IBP Supply/Demand configuration and transactional experience? This position may be for you.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 9+ years in supply chain with minimum 5+ years' experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • Minimum 2-3 fully life cycles of IBP deployment
  • This is a command center lead to oversee all of the shared DSO activities including, but not limited to batch jobs run-time, SLA, quarterly releases, alignment and harmonization between both food and beverage, identify dependencies and work to resolve them.
  • 2 years of SAP IBP Supply/Demand configuration - IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • 2 years of IBP Supply/Demand Transactional Experience
  • Good overall understanding of CPI-DS master data and key figure data interfaces
    • CPI-DS is a cloud-based data integration tool for batch & scheduled data integration between on-premise applications and the SAP cloud platform
  • Expertise in creating and using IBP Supply Planning Views, Master Data Workbooks, S&OP profiles, Application Job Templates, Copy Operators
    • S&OP = Sales & Operations Planning: an integrated planning process that aligns demand, supply, and financial planning and is managed as part of a company's master planning. S&OP is designed and executed to support executive decision-making related to approving a feasible and profitable material and financial plan.
  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of all FTS and DSO related matters across both Supply, Demand and Response
    • FTS = Forecast to Schedule - formerly referred to as SCM or Supply Chain Management or Planning
    • DSO = DevSecOps - formerly referred to as Sustain
  • Performance Tuning Experience
  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

  • 9-12 years in the supply chain space and at least 5 years’ experience with IBP
  • 2-3 fully life cycles of IBP deployment
  • CPG Experience is a plus. (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Prior experience in working matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders would be added advantage.
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team.
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
  • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
  • Experience in cross functional roles preferred.
