Software Project Manager - Framingham, MA

This role is with one of our clients in the consumer services space. They create products like digital greetings cards, time hop services and lastly celebration videos. Right now, they are looking to hire a Software Project Manager to oversee the QA and DevOps teams while guiding them through project timelines. This role would require you to come onsite to their office in Framingham, MA once a week. Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ Years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of how code works
• Experience working with QA and DevOps teams
• Deep knowledge of the full software implementation lifecycle, from initiation to deployment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of other coding languages/experience working with engineering teams
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills—you can engage, connect, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
• Manage project schedules and expectations
• Provide support and guidance to the dev team
• Remove and address complex roadblocks
• Measure project success with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics, and report on project outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
