In this role y Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Direct management experience with junior engineers
• 8+ years using full stack architectures including Java and JavaScript
• Willingness and want to mentor junior engineers in order to build a strong team that empowers collaboration.

Desired Skills & Experience

• AWS exposure
• Ability to tackle situations hands on and navigate scenarios to find the best solution.

• 80% Java
• 20% JavaScript

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% Management Duties
• 30% Hands on
• 20% Team Collaboration
