Job Description:
Our client is one of the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organizations. They have been in business for about 50 years and the company is on a mission to promote both stability and market integrity. They are looking for a DevOps Manager to play a critical role in leading, planning and administrating their team to accelerate development, efficiency, and the deployment of applications. A successful candidate would be someone who has extensive experience with tooling development and building CI/CD pipelines.
The DevOps Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build automation tools and work with them to achieve strategic goals. The candidate will be tasked with enforcing administrative policies, conducting employee reviews, and promoting their employees development. The candidate should have notable managing experience to be successful in this role. Having multiple years of experience developing in Python and/or Java will also be necessary in this role.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field, equivalent work experience is allowed as well
- 7+ years of relevant cloud environment experience
- 5+ years in management positions
- 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline building and tooling development
- 4+ years of DevOps experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with tools like Harness, Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory, Docker, Terraform
- Knowledgeable about Kubernetes and Helm
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification is a plus
