IT Support / Bay Area Field Sites

A national company in the homebuilding and real estate space is looking for an IT Field Technician to work 100% onsite in their San Ramon office while supporting various sites in the Bay Area. You'll travel throughout the Bay (San Jose, Stockton, Walnut Creek) providing IT Support to various sites. A company vehicle is not provided but you will receive mileage reimbursement. You'll support Tier 1-2 tickets dealing with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, image laptops, provide A/V and mobile support.

This is a client-facing and white-glove support role so ideal candidates have strong communication skills and hold themselves to a professional standard. You will need an active driver's license and vehicle to travel to and from sites.

This role is 100% on-site with travel. A 5 panel drug test, including cannabis, and background test will be conducted.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a field technician

• Strong background supporting Microsoft and Windows devices, including Active Directory and O365

• Strong knowledge of imaging and mobile support

• Working knowledge of Networking Concepts (VPN, office and home networks) are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
• Active Driver's License and personal vehicle to commute to various sites.
