Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design experiments, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and enhance our products.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Build and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Design and conduct experiments (A/B tests, statistical analyses) to evaluate business strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain data solutions in production.

• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay current with new methods, tools, and best practices in data science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.

• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Solid knowledge of machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.

• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or similar).

Additional Skills

• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.

• Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
