A growing healthcare company around the Philly suburbs is searching for a full-time EHR Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, you’ll work on the Nextgen Software. A large part of your job will be working on reporting using SQL and Crystal Reports. Ideally, the person for this role will have worked with Nextgen previously, but the manager is open to someone that has worked on similar EMR/EHR Software! You will also be apart of the Helpdesk doing password resets and support tickets.

You must have 3+ years' experience with Clinical Applications. 

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience working with Clinical Applications
  • Experience with NextGen Software
  • EMR/EHR
  • Extensive reporting experience (SQL, Crystal)
  • SQL Skills
  • Experience with escalated tickets
  • Helpdesk Support
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors in IT or equivalent experience
  • EMR/EHR Systems or others
