Law firm looking to onboard a Help Desk Applications Specialist. You will be responsible for all internal escalations with the Help Desk team while also troubleshooting, providing hardware/software technical assistance and providing general assistance to senior tech staff. 

Qualifications:
-You must have experience working with Zoom/Teams
-Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Experience with previous ticket management system
-Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
-Highly prefer if you have previous law firm support experience!
