Senior System Engineer

Job Description Our client is looking for a Senior System Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The client is a large healthcare company with multiple hospitals across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role you’d be working with their Microsoft oriented stack and helping their team build out their virtual machines. Specifically, you’d be working with Windows, VMware ESXi, Powershell, Office 365, Active Directory & Group Policy, and Azure cloud. They need someone who has the ability to build scripts and servers from the ground up.

This is a direct hire opportunity, in a hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) working environment located in Dallas, Texas. Compensation is a $120-130k salary. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience writing Powershell scripts from the ground up.
• Experience building out virtualized environments using VMware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor more junior system administrators.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience working with servers
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
