As they embark on this revitalization journey, they are seeking a talented and visionary PHP Engineering Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their platform.

As a PHP Engineering Lead at this company, you will take the reins in defining and implementing the system design for their revamped web platform. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging your expertise in PHP development to architect scalable and efficient solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that their platform not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Your role will encompass the end-to-end development life cycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience developing with PHP
  • 8+ years of experience working with Symfony
  • Experience architecting systems design – streaming services
  • Experience within AWS-GCP Cloud
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Experience building out/consuming REST API’s
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with MongoDB/DynamoDB
  • Experience with SQL-PostgreSQL
  • Experience with greenfield development is preferred
